Beach Thursday

Huntington Beach, also known as Surf City, dominates the California beach scene with 8.5 miles of uninterrupted beaches. The city features the most consistent waves on the West Coast, an attribute that helped the city receive its nickname. But besides great surfing and beautiful beaches, you can see some gorgeous sunsets.

Samana Bay is a big bay in the northeast of the Dominican Republic. In the middle of the bay sits beautiful Cayo Levantado, a small island with a white sandy beach where you can relax and enjoy a BBQ lunch & a cocktail while the rhythm of the Caribbean music in plays in the background.

Palm Beach, probably my favorite destination along the Florida coast. It has a certain elegance to it, a place you go to relax and enjoy.

Get to know the fabulous coastline of Asturias, offering golden sandy beaches with rocks rising from the sea. Playa de Toro is just one of them, where you can listen to the waves crashing into the rocks. Or admire the towering cliffs that stop abrupt in the ocean.

Overlooking the sunrise at Fort Lauderdale beach as seen from my room. This must have been one of the most lovely sunrises I`ve seen without having to leave my room. If there`s one thing I`ve discovered about Florida is that they have beautiful sunrises.

Bethany Beach, a favorite of mine at the East Coast of the USA because of the laid back atmosphere, the coziness the beach town offers and the friendliness of the people there.
