Australian Sea Lions tanning on Kangaroo Island beach

How cute are these? Australian Sea Lions relaxing in the sun at Seal Bay, Kangaroo Island. There`s so much wildlife to be seen at Kangaroo Island, but these definitely made for a lovely beach picture. To see the Sea Lions up close on the beach, you can visit Seal Bay with a guided tour, which is about 45 min (Adult:30 AUS$*) and it will give you access to the colony on the beach. The other option is a self-guided tour (Adult:15 AUS$*) but that won`t give you access to the beach, but views along the bay.

If you want to visit Kangaroo Island, have a look at what you can discover while there.

These guys are so cute! I’ve never been to Australia and would really love to some day. It’s a popular vacation destination for people here in the Netherlands, probably because the Dutch get about a month or two (or more) vacation time per year 🙂
